At SaiTrix Entertainment, we take your privacy and the security of your game development environment seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how Saitrix Entertainment Studio collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Solve In Minutes (SIM) tool.

We collect information in two primary categories:

A. Authentication Data

When you register an account through our SIM Gateway, we collect your Email Address, Display Name, Country, and optionally, your Phone Number. This data is handled securely via Supabase.

B. Diagnostic Information

To improve our scanning algorithms, the tool may collect anonymous metadata regarding the types of errors found (e.g., "Texture Compression Issue detected"). We NEVER collect your source code, private assets, or intellectual property.

3. How We Use Your Data

SaiTrix Entertainment uses the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the SIM tool functionality.
  • To manage your user account and provide technical support.
  • To send newsletters and updates (only if opted-in during signup).
  • To analyze tool performance and fix internal bugs.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account security is our priority. We use Supabase (an enterprise-grade backend) to store your credentials using industry-standard encryption. In the Unity Editor, we store your session token locally using PlayerPrefs or encrypted local files to keep you logged in.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We share data only with the following service providers necessary for tool operation:

  • Supabase: For authentication and database management.
  • Unity Technologies: As the host platform for the SIM extension.

6. Unity Project Safety

SIM (Solve In Minutes) is designed as a non-destructive tool. While we provide "Auto-Fix" features, Saitrix Entertainment Studio is not responsible for any accidental data loss. We highly recommend maintaining a version control system (like Git) or regular backups before applying mass optimizations.

7. Your Rights

As a user of SaiTrix products, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the deletion of your account and all associated metadata.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications at any time via the SIM Gateway.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
